The head office factory of TCM in Maibara City, Shiga Prefecture, Japan, acquires the Special Process Certification from Boeing. The factory acquired Nadcap certification, the international special process certification for aircraft composite part manufacturing in the aerospace industry. For the manufacture of aircraft composite parts, strict quality requirements are imposed. To control the special processes, each aircraft manufacturer controls the processes minutely. Therefore, we received Boeing’s original examination and acquired composite material molding process certification (per BAC5578) and supplier certification (per D1-4426).
We make efforts to operate the aircraft primary structural part manufacturing business in full scale early and intend to apply the knowledge and expertise that can be obtained from the acquisition of these certifications and our businesses to stabilize the quality of composite products used in diverse industries and improve productivity. We will try to improve the reliability of our products, reduce costs, shorten delivery times, improve added value, and secure the superiority of our products by taking these opportunities.
