Carbon Monument

A Large Monument with A Feeling of Unity, Measuring 12 m Wide x 8.4 m High. Faithful Realization of The Design Drawn by The Designer.

Visitors to the factory are greeted at the entrance by a large monument made of CFRP, measuring 12 m wide and 8.4 m high. The architectural designer was inspired by the image of wall of unified objects with gently curving edge feeling and designed it. We designed the division of parts so as not to disrupt the image of the finished product and then designed the mold to realize the product. The color scheme was a subdued matte design that would blend in with the overall atmosphere of the building, so we planned to use the demolded components without painting or other decoration. It was realized by paying careful attention to the surface treatment method of the mold and to surface protection of the mold and parts during production. The manufactured parts were handed over to the construction company and precisely assembled by Thai craftsmen who possess the same level of skill and attention to detail as their Japanese counterparts.
